Europe’s largest florist retailer now uses FACT-Finder …

The holding company P. Bakker Hillegom B.V. is the major florist retailer in Europe and is active with numerous subsidiaries throughout the continent. Bakker markets directly to end customers using catalogues and the multilingual internet page. Besides, Bakker prepares about 400,000 articles daily for sending. The company handles orders of about three million customers annually.

Now Bakker has implemented FACT-Finder, Europe’s leading conversion engine, in its Dutch online shop. This language independent internal search & navigation platform includes a number of comprehensive features. For instance, FACT-Finder handles the complete navigation within the shop. In addition, the dynamic "Suggest" function as well as the "After Search Navigation“ provide better usability, higher customer satisfaction and lead to higher conversions.

In the upcoming months, FACT-Finder will gradually be implemented into all of Bakker's international online shops.
